Front Row, L-R  Colton Sewell, Nathan Sewell  Back Row, L-R - Kierstyn Davis, Kari Davis, Jenny Sawyer

 Not Pictured - Ryan Decker

Friday June 29, 2007: Nathan Sewell, Colton Sewell, and Ryan Decker lifted.  Ryan and Colton were first and Nathan a close second even though he was the toughest and lightest boy in the meet.

Nathan went 6 for 6 and did 25 & 35 Kgs. at 29.4 bodyweight.

Colton did 41 & 57 weighing about 47+.  He made a clutch c&j on his last attempt to win. HE made 5 of 6.

Ryan made 6 for 6 and did 43 and 56. He looked good for maybe a little more, as did Nathan. Ryan won by a little larger margin.

We won the 13 & Under Boys Team Title.

Saturday June 30, 2007: Kierstyn Davis, Jenny Sawyer and Kari Davis lifted.

Kierstyn missed 53, made 53, then missed 56. She then made 63, made 66, then missed 70 on her third.

Jenny made weight and lifted very well. She did 66, 70, then made 72, going very low. She made 86 easily, then we jumped to 90, which was easy, then she tried 98 for a National School Age record. She only pulled it and did not get under the bar. She said it was too big of a jump for her. She certainly looked good for a little more in the c&j, probably 92-94.

Kari had been sick a little. She did 71, then 75, then missed 80. In the c&j we opened light and she did 91, 95, then made 100 on her 3rd. That was a very nice lift.

We won the 14 & 15 Girls Team Title and Jenny was named Best Lifter for 14 & 15.  Jenny and Kari were first.  Overall, we won 2 of the 6 team titles, a Best Lifter, and have 2 on the team to Mexico.

Nathan and Ryan made 6 of 6 lifts; Colton, Jenny and Kari made 5 of 6.  5 of our 6 lifters made at least one P.R. as least as far as lifts in a meet.

We had 4 - 1sts, 1 - 2nd, and 1 - 3rd. Very good lifting overall. Very, very pleased with our lifting.

KARI IS STILL # 1 ON THE TEAM TO MEXICO AND JENNY IS NOW A CLOSE # 2.
